    Lead Pastor

Rev. Darryl Dougan is an Ordained Minister in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN). He holds a Certificate and Diploma in Ministry and Theology with the Canada Christian College in Association with the Urban Divinity Theological Unit in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. He is also a graduate of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Technical college, where He Studied Agricultural Science. This would explain his love for gardening in the summertime.

Before his call to Ministry, Rev Dougan was an appointed high School teacher for 4 years at the Georgetown Secondary School. During his teaching, there were moments where he would pause and share the word of God with his students. It was at this moment he knew he was called for more than just teaching.

Rev. Dougan accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at the age of twelve and has been serving the Lord since then. At the age of 19, he was the youngest board member to have ever been voted on his local church board in his country of birth. In pursuit of his passion and gift for preaching and teaching the word of God, he enlisted in Bible College and graduated with honors.

Rev. Darryl Dougan is the Son of the late Pastor Berkley Dougan and Jennifer Dougan and he is the youngest of 3 children. He is also a second generation pastor.

He has been pastoring over 13yrs and has been leading New Covenant Church of God since September 2023. Under his leadership, the church has experienced significant modernization, both physically and spiritually. Pastor Dougan is deeply committed to guiding individuals toward a closer relationship with God, emphasizing reverence and spiritual growth. He has been happily married for over ten years to Minister Valyne Edwards-Dougan, who serves faithfully in various ministry roles. Together, they are proud parents of three sons: Jonathan, Joel, and Jacob.
